My biggest problem area is my stomach, my back fat is ridiculous , and my breast are uneven. I hate my body. If I couldn't get the full mommy makeover then I would like to start with lipo and a tummy tuck. Then get either get a breast lift w/ augmentation or get my bbl . I really want it all at once however I am on a budget . What would the prices be for a BL and BA?
Answer: I want a mommy makeover out the country and was wondering the cost in places like Dominican Republic or Columbia? Thank you for your question. It appears that you are a candidate for a tummy tuck, liposuction, a breast lift, possible breast augmentation, and possibly a BBL. I would be very careful traveling for these operations. Tummy tuck procedures have a higher risk of complications than most other cosmetic plastic surgery procedures. If a complication occurs when you're back home, you'll be left without a surgeon to care for you. This may leave you pain for all treatment out-of-pocket. I would strongly recommend consultations with board-certified plastic surgeons in your area. This will be the best starting place to decide which procedures are right for you.

Answer: Destination surgery When thinking of surgery always seek a board certified plastic surgery. If you plan to have destination surgery beware of the lowest price. Make sure you do your due diligence. If you decide to have a destination surgery I would advise you stay for a minimum of 2-3 weeks for your immediate post op care. Best of luck to you.

Answer: Surgery abroad If you are on a budget and you can't afford a surgeon in your area, then having surgery in a different country may seem a great solution. I am certainly not saying that you can't find a great surgeon outside the USA, but even the greatest surgeon has inevitable and occasional complications that would need further treatment, especially when multiple procedures are involved.I would say your risk of complications with the procedures you are considering, even in the best hands, would not be insignificant.Have you considered your costs in case this happens? You would not get a lot of help from local doctors, who understandably would not be willing to take you and the possible legal risks on board (would you sue your local doctor or the one in Colombia, if the final result was poor?). Even if you managed to find a surgeon willing to deal with the complications, charges for any treatment would be relevant.I am not doing the math here, but if you did the calculations you would find out that is cheaper, and easier, to have the procedure with a local doctor.

Answer: OUT OF COUNTRY PLASTIC SURGERY Hi, Itstia. I will share with you, for your consideration: I live on the Mexico border in Texas, and I do a LOT of revision surgery from patients going across. I will not, nor do the majority of the other plastic surgeons in this area, see patients that have recently had surgery and will not manage their complications. It is very common for patients who crossed for their cosmetic surgery to have to go to the emergency room on multiple occasions to manage their post-operative issues and complications. Also, I would caution you to consider the training and experience of the surgeon you might chose to do your surgery, regardless of whether it is in the U.S. or abroad. Looking at your photographs, your tissue quality and breast asymmetry may present some challenges. Best of luck, and I hope you are able to undergo the procedures you are wanting and that you have an uneventful recovery with outstanding results!
