Rhino revision filled out this space with cartilage 10 yrs ago. The space gradually came back, can filler fix this? (Photo)

F, 40. Bad rhinoplasty in 2012, revision in 2014. My nose has always had a section on the side that's sort of caved in. The surgeon for the revision added some cartilage to fill it out, but that has gradually shrunk and disappeared. Could permanent filler be placed there? Thank you
