I like my side kinda but not the front. What could be done to improve my look?

I got my rhinoplasty done in 2021 I thought my nose was still swollen in the front but it’s been awhile since then and I feel like it could’ve been done better

Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photographs, you may benefit from a from a revision with tip deprojection and tip elevation. This will shorten and elevate your entire tip complex. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who can evaluate you in person.

If you're looking to make change from the front of your nose, you can accomplish narrowing the bridge line, refining the tip slightly, and narrowing your nostrils with a closed rhinoplasty All of the incisions are placed  on the inside of the nose. No external incisions are required, no painful packing is required either.
