I really want to be a full C, small D. Would it be possible to get there with 650 or 700 instead?

Hello. Thanks for your inquiry. I feel that a 700 cc implant will look smaller than you have in current photo. If you would like a larger breast projection - you should go higher than current fill of 780 cc.  Good luck

700 + cc implants are quite large, it can take a toll on the skin and soft tissue. You needed a tissue expander to stretch your tissues, and long term such a large implant may be too much. Good luck.

I would caution you NOT to communicate your goals in terms of achieving a specific cup size; many patients who do so end up disappointed ( there is a lot of variability in bra cup sizes from one bra manufacturer to another). Instead, I would suggest that you communicate your goals using as many “visual aids” such as goal photographs as possible. In my practice, I use intra-operative temporary sizers to determine exactly what breast implant size/profile will best achieve the patient's goals based on careful preoperative communication. Obviously, it is helpful to have a wide spectrum of breast implant types/sizes/profiles available to allow for intraoperative decision-making and breast implant selection. Again, be very careful with your preoperative communication; make sure that you and your plastic surgeon are on the "same page" prior to proceeding. Best wishes.

With a 700 cc implant you will be slightly smaller (about a half cup size) than you are now. I would not want to guess your size based on this single photo, and not knowing height, weight, band (34,36, etc). Your surgeon can measure a breast circumference and make a decent guess.  All the best.
