Previous question with better pictures. I am not sure what I need to balance my face. Not happy with lower face, jaw, lips.

Thank-you for your question. You will benefit from a chin augmentation and some soft tissue sculpting around your jaw-line to balance your profile. A rhinoplasty will also help. It would be best to get some 3 D pictures taken and have them morphed in your presence  to see how you would like to modify your looks. It is a little bit unclear as to what exactly your concerns are.  Also, the glasses are helping our evaluation of your facial "balance."  There are many, many options for creating facial harmony, not all of which can be addressed without more specific information from you and an examination in person.
