I think a regular closed rhinoplasty will get you where you want to go. Additional base width reduction can be done also, but I recommend deciding that in person. Best Wishes!!
Thank-you for your query. The ideal width of the nostrils is the same as the distance between the eyes. There is a muscle that that pulls the nostrils to the sides when smiling. The best option for you will be nostril reduction with cutting of the muscle. This can be accomplished either with an incision on the side or from the inside. Please find an experienced Board certified Plastic surgeon who can examine you and help you with all your concerns. All the best!
It is impossible to give you meaningful advise based on these photos, unfortunately. In person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon, expert in rhinoplasty, is recommended. Good luck.
There are a few options. One would be a full rhinoplasty breaking the bones to narrow your nose. A second less involved choice would be alar wedge resection. This is where the nostrils are reduced and narrowed. The benefit of this is that it can be done under local anesthesia and has minimal recovery time. Also would be far less expensive.
Procedure for wide tip and nostrils: if the nostrils are wide based, the procedure which narrows the width of the alar base is called an alar plasty. You do not show a view from under the nose looking up at the nostrils, which is called a basal view. This view would be more helpful to address that question. If the tip is also wide, a tip plasty can also be performed. Sometimes however these procedures are performed in conjunction with other aspects of the nose in a full rhinoplasty. You do not show enough views of your nose from enough different angles to make that assessment.
