Your side profile doesn’t really show the situation well. The other photo suggest possibly a rhinoplasty but definitely not a chin implant. You either need an in person consult or better photos submitted

A full set of facial and chin photographs of all angles in a chin neutral position are going to be required to make a determination about how best to proceed with two different procedures. The Glasses need to be remove and have someone else take the photographs, not selfies.
