I am not sure if I need Rhinoplasty or chin surgery for my side profile. I don't like how my side profile looks but not sure what procedure I need?

Based on your profile photos, you appear to have a droopy nasal tip appearance and a bit of excessive fat under your chin. Rhinoplasty surgery can be considered for a less droopy nasal appearance, and neck liposuction may be considered for improving the appearance of your jawline. Your side profile doesn’t really show the situation well. The other photo suggest possibly a rhinoplasty but definitely not a chin implant. You either need an in person consult or better photos submitted

A full set of facial and chin photographs of all angles in a chin neutral position are going to be required to make a determination about how best to proceed with two different procedures. The Glasses need to be remove and have someone else take the photographs, not selfies.
