Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Realself100 Surgeon
The choice between chin liposuction and other methods depends on the individual's specific needs and desired results. Chin liposuction is a surgical procedure that removes excess fat from under the chin, resulting in a more defined and youthful appearance. However, there are other non-surgical options to consider, such as:1. Kybella: An injectable treatment that destroys fat cells under the chin.2. CoolSculpting: A non-invasive procedure that freezes and eliminates small pockets of fat cells.3. ThermiTight: A non-surgical treatment that uses radiofrequency energy to tighten the skin and reduce fat.The best option varies depending on factors like the amount of fat to be removed, the person's health status, recovery time, cost, and personal preference. A consultation with a cosmetic surgeon or dermatologist would provide the most accurate advice.
Hello, thank you for the photos. As seen from the photos, good results can be achieved with double chin liposuction. You are young and your skin quality looks good. Therefore, with liposuction, your neck line and jaw line can be made more prominent without any sagging in your skin.
Thank you for your question! The double chin area can be persistent despite your weigh. Here at my office, we perform chin/neck liposuction. We use a combination of liposuction techniques tailed for you to help contour your chin and neck. You may also be a candidate for filler. This will allow us to improve the contour of your jawline and chin. I suggest you make an appointment with a board-certified plastic surgeon who will examine you and go over your options and discuss potential results in detail.
From the very limited photographs, you appear to have fat that is located both above and below the platysma muscle in your neck. Liposuction can only accomplish removal of the fat above the platysma muscle, while a surgical neck lift is required to remove both compartments of fat which also includes a platysma plasty to significantly improve the jawline. Before embarking on this procedure, you should make sure that your BMI is less than 32 for best results you do not need any skin removed at age 31
You don’t have an abnormal fat distribution, nor do you have much fat to remove it from your neck.Facial aesthetics are primarily determined by bone structure and issues related to the lower 1/3 of the face are usually related to the shape and size of the mandible.Well done, Liposuction can potentially give quality outcomes when done by sufficiently experience providers, impatient who are good candidates. The best candidates for Liposuction tend to be young chubby people. I generally do not do liposuction on the neck of individuals over the age of 50.The more fat someone has to remove it the more potential improvement potential there is. Delivering consistent quality liposuction results is more difficult than most people realize. The number of plastic surgeons who would approach mastery of this work is small. Most plastic surgeons think they’re much better at Liposuction than they actually are.Liposuction is a permanent and irreversible procedure. If done poorly, it can leave people with visible deformities.Liposuction may potentially improve your aesthetics slightly.Liposuction is the gold standard for removing subcutaneous fat and it is generally a far better option than other fat removal treatments.Finding someone who has mastered this kind of work is much more difficult than most people realize. It’s not so much a yes or no answer.Liposuction is a reasonable option if you can accept a partial improvement recognizing that fat distribution is not the underlying problem. It’s also reasonable if you have the ability to find somebody who is really good at this procedure. As I mentioned earlier finding the right provider for this kind of work is really hard. It’s usually very time consuming and requires having multiple consultations. if you just pick a surgeon in your community base on having good reviews, the chance of being disappointed is very real.I hope that helps.Best,Mats Hagstrom MD

The outcome of most plastic surgery procedures are based on two variables. The first is the candidacy of the patient for the procedure. The second is the skill of the provider.Personally, I’m not Big fan of thread.Leaving permanent suture in the face just doesn’t seem like a good idea to me.I’v...
Ultherapy is a non-invasive procedure that lifts the neck, chin and brow, and improves lines and wrinkles on the upper chest. As we age, collagen breaks down, resulting in loss of skin strength and elasticity. For tissue tightening, Ultherapy is ideal for the lower face and neck and we often...
