Thank you for your question. I do not think it is a good idea to have a tummy tuck and BBL at the same time. I believe you will have better results if you stage the procedures. First do liposuction to harvest fat from the hips, flanks, thighs, and abdomen. This fat can be used for the BBL. Once you have recovered from Stage 1, a tummy tuck can be performed. Please see a board certified plastic surgeon who commonly performs these procedures. Ask to see a lot of before and after pictures of their work. Hope this helps and good luck.

It is impossible to say without clinical evaluation whether full or mini tummy tuck will be better solution. However, both will require assistance of liposuction to provide good body contouring and fat grafts for BBL. You should discuss these  options with your plastic surgeon before surgery. Good luck.

A mini tummy tuck only places minimal tension on your abdomen thus allowing you to sleep on you belly without having to worry about pulling on you incision. This is a great combination as it allows your surgeon to maximally remove fat from your lower abdomen.

You would not want to sleep on your stomach until at least 2weeks after a mini or full TT for you may break open the incision. The amount of loss of fat you would have the the BBL would probably not be that significant. You may opt to have just liposuction and the BBL!
