I had open rhinoplasty on 9/30/16. I went to a top notch surgeon. I'm not happy with my results yet. I know it takes time to heal but my tip is still bulbous on one side and my nostrils are asymmetrical. He shaved down bridge, broke it and built it up on sides and narrowed tip. After surgery he said the skin needs to shrink around new nose. It seems like tip is actually returning to its old shape. Is this possible? I have another appt on 1/18/17. Will it change more?? Thanks. I'm disappointed.
