I look weird and ugly after rhinoplasty. What can I expect? Will my face continue to look like this or will it go away?

I'm now 7 days post-op, the cast is off and my nose is taped. The facial swelling is still really persisent and it looks like all the weight in my cheeks is dragged down, it looks like I have excessive jowls. My eyelids look heavy and droopy too, my face just looks really weird and I'm starting to have feelings of regret and anxiety, especially with school starting in a week. Will I look a bit more normal by then?
