Could my implant have moved around if I accidentally slept on my side one week post op?

At one week post op I do not suggest that my patients wear a bra at all, never mind an underwire.  If the shape and position of the breast looks good to you, then you should be fine.

There's no need to worry. You don’t have to sleep on your back or sit up all night after breast augmentation surgery. You can sleep any way you want from the night of surgery on, including on your stomach or your side, if you are comfortable enough. You won’t pop or displace your implants by sleeping on them; they are extremely durable.

I doubt that leaning on your implant while you sleep will have any long term effect on your implants. If concerned, speak with your surgeon.

I am an advocate for back sleeping after a breast augmentation since sleeping on your side could affect the ultimate shape of the breast.  I also recommend wearing a supportive underwire bra after surgery again to support the desired shape of the breast.Having said that I do not think one night on your side will affect your results, but if you have concerns about how your breasts are healing you should follow up with your surgeon.Best of luck.
