I have always been small breasted, but can't afford the high cost of regular implants. I would trust a student dr. to give me some fullness to my breasts.

Answer: Resident Cosmetic Clinic The best place to look is at a University Hospital that has a Plastic Surgery Residency Training program. They will have a resident cosmetic clinic. The operation will not be free, but it will be significantly discounted.

Answer: Free breast implants Dear debbielynnpg, Thank you for your clinical post on RealSelf. The University of Toronto has a resident training program and you can obtain breast augmentation procedure less expensively than you would with a private practitioner. However, there certainly is a cost even through a resident training program. In general, there would be no one in the Brantford area. You’ll have to seek out academic institutions such as McMaster University and Dr. Short or the University of Toronto. The University of Toronto has a plastic surgery website that can direct you to the University of Toronto resident clinic. In seeking private practitioners generally if you can obtain the co-signing authorization of your parents there are financing institutions such as Medicard where you can spread the payment over 60-72 months minimizing the monthly cost of achieving the figure, shape and form that you desire. Either way, I think you’ll be able to achieve a figure, shape and form enhancement at an affordable price. Just be careful that you select the right environment to achieve the best long-term result for you. I hope this information is of some assistance and best of luck.
