I’ve had 3 lots of restylane vital injections under my eyes to try and help dark circles. Unfortunately it hasn’t had the effect I’d hoped for and I’ve got areas under both eyes where there is a raised area (not a solid lump just raised). The dr suggested trying hydra facial . But after reading about this I’m not sure how this will help and it says any effects only last about a week and its something you seem to need monthly to maintain the results. Can anyone give me advise on this?

Answer: Hydrafacial Perk Dear Alocin, Thank you for question. A series of Hydracial Perk will definitely help you with your concerns. The treatment was specially created to treat the delicate skin around the eyes and lips. This technology is using a patent roller flex system that removes dead skin cells and impurities with a gentle suction process while at the same time is effectively delivering antioxidants into the skin. The final results will awake and brighten the eye area, reduce puffiness and dark circles, improve the appearance of fine lines. Hope this was helpful Best of luck !

Answer: Under eye dark circles Thanks for your question and photo. It is really helpful. I would say a Hydrafacial won't do a whole lot to change the appearance of the under eye area in your case. You might want to ask about microneedling, and also have your dermatologist who did your filler injections check the area and make sure there is not some filler causing a lump under the skin that is making the surrounding area appear more hollowed and dark. Best of luck!
