I have nothing but good things to say about this physician and his staff including his PA Matt. Everyone in this office are terrific. From my first visit and on I have never once had a bad experience. They communicate and listen to you. From evaluation, surgery and post op/ recovery. They show that they care about their patients. This has been one of the best doctors offices I have ever been to and I work in the medical field. I drive over an hour to this office for the amazing work Dr Leeman and his team have done for me to feel and breathe better. I was came to Dr Leeman for a nasal fracture and needed surgical repair. I am not almost 1 month post surgery and they have made this entire experience so easy and comfortable. This is only the 2nd surgery ever in my life. I was so nervous going in for my 1st visit and after that I knew I would be taken care of and I have been.
Amazing, they are so professional can’t say enough!! Get rid of your wrinkles reverse time and stress! The staff is knowledgeable and helpful! They have anything from ENT, Audiology, and Med-spa services! Feeling stressed?? Go visit them ;)
I have had lip injections from various practitioners in Austin over several years and most recently I went to Dr. Leeman. I was exceptionally pleased with Dr. Leeman's technique and will definitely be having him do my lip fillers from here on. He listened to my concerns and what I was trying to achieve and chose the product that he thought would be best for me. My lips look beautiful, are perfectly symmetrical, and are exactly how I like them. Don't hesitate to see Dr. Leeman for your lip injections; you will not be disappointed!
He is a very caring doctor. Guided me to the correct procedures for my concerns. My results continued over two years. I'm always told I look much younger than real age. Very happy I found dr Leeman . I will always choose him for any aesthetic surgery I may want in the future.
I am very happy with the outcome. It is important to ask your doctor about the PRP add-on, which helps to ensure that the fat will stay. This is my second transfer, as the first didn't work and my first doctor did not use the PRP add-on and I lost almost everything. The second doctor did use the PRP and I kept almost everything! I had a difficult case because I had breast implants and they were removed almost 10 years ago. When they were removed my breasts had a lot of scar tissue and indentations. As a result, my breasts were smaller than when I initially had the implants, and they were misshapen. I waited a long time before posting my results because I lost all of the fat from my first surgery. Now, I can honestly say that it has been over 3 months and I am still a B-cup (I was barely an A-cup... I could fit an A on top, but not on the bottom due to my scarring). I was very unhappy with the first fat transfer, which was performed by a doctor in Huntington Beach, California (who I do not recommend, Dr. Altman). The second procedure was performed by Dr. Leeman (Austin, TX), who I highly recommend. I will review Dr. Leeman below. Updated on 14 Jul 2014: I made a mistake in the review above. I said that my first doctor was Dr. Altman ... he was the doctor that put my implants in many years ago... he was great. It was Dr. Accetta in Huntington Beach, CA who gave me results that I was not pleased with (fat transfer to breasts). I will be putting in a review of Dr. Accetta at a later date.
The only CON I can think of is that I am stuck wearing a compression garment in June in Texas haha! It can get pretty hot...

Staff was pleasant, but I saw no results after 7 treatments which is almost double what was recommended for the front and back of the thighs and buttocks. I asked the physician to get back to me after talking to the Emtone representative as to my lack of results and never heard back from their office. I was excited about this new, non-invasive technology treatment, but it seems laser technology is not an exact science and there are no guaranteed results. In fact, I am even concerned if the denaturing of my tissues made things worse. I do not recommend Emtone. It is not worth the time or money. It is all about the results and I am in the same place prior to treatment even after spending the money and time. I took the aftercare recommendations very seriously and there is no indication of why I would not be a good candidate unless the technology is faulty or administered wrong.
I went to Dr. Leeman in 2019 for a deviated septum. It resulted in me undergoing surgery under his care (septoplasty, balloon sinuplasty, and rhinoplasty) in November 2019. Coming out of surgery, I knew something was very wrong. The recovery was brutally miserable. My parents, who nursed me back to health, actually boarded the bathroom mirror, so I couldn’t see myself. My dad described it after as Paul Dano in the movie, Prisoners after Hugh Jackman tortured him for several weeks. At my first post op (a week post surgery), they took out the cast and found strips of gauze that were left inside my nose. I couldn’t go on a walk without feeling nauseous or running out of breath instantaneously. When I tried to bring up my concerns at post ops to the nurses, they’d dismiss it. When I’d advise my health and functional concerns, they’d say they’d pass it on to Dr. Leeman. He would give me less than a minute of face time before rushing out of the room. He wouldn’t address my concerns and repeatedly said results could take a year to settle. Even with a visible bone protruding in my nostril, he was reluctant to even discuss it. I also observed him to be unprofessional with his employees and yell at them. The year followed with frequent post ops, each time charging me and my insurance more and more money (even though his nurse told me I wouldn’t have to pay for post op visits). COVID hit in March 2020, 4 months post op. Around Labor Day 2020, I decided to start getting second opinions. It was an extremely difficult, expensive, and complicated process to get consultations during COVID. It was difficult to find a doctor who wanted to take my case. Some said they couldn’t promise any results and would need more than one revision rhinoplasty to correct. Some brought up structural integrity concerns. At another doctor’s recommendation, I booked one last appointment with Dr. Leeman where he finally was open to going through all the before and after photos. He refused to acknowledge there was anything wrong and consistently gaslighted me, while being hostile and visually upset with a red face. At one point, he even told his nurse “oh I think (another nurse) is calling me.” I was confused because I heard nothing. His new nurse didn’t get the hint and even said, “oh I didn’t hear anything.” After about 30-45 minutes, he agreed to give me 30 minutes of surgery time to correct one of my main concerns, but I’d have to pay for it. I then asked if he would be open to providing a refund.. He laughed in my face and said “there are no refunds here, all sales are final. After paying for the visit, I asked for my before and after photos. I called and emailed for weeks before I received a very selective few of the dozens of pictures. Ultimately, I underwent a remarkably expensive revision rhinoplasty and septoplasty in November 2020.They ended up needing to obtain and procure cartilage from a medical research university because there was no remaining cartilage in my nose to rebuild. It forced me to live with my parents (a sacrifice in itself). The surgery was 4-6 hours long (not 30 minutes). My recovery with the new doctor was a complete 180. My black eyes were gone within the week. I was able to eat whole foods the same day. My face wasn’t bruised or red or swollen like it was after Dr. Leeman’s surgery. I was working out and running within weeks. There have been additional small revisions over the last couple years, but I believe I’m in a good place now. This review has taken years because my trauma and mental healing process has taken years. Overcoming the financial toll has taken years. There is an indentation scar at the top of my nose that was never able to be corrected. It is a daily reminder of what I overcame since November 2019. In summary, I strongly urge you to steer clear of Dr. Leeman and his entire practice. He claims to be a Godly man on Sundays, but at the end of the day, he is a man with no character or dignity. He lacks empathy, never took responsibility, and never showed any remorse for his mistake.
Everything was great until it wasn’t. I saw Dr. Leeman for an emergency post-op yesterday due to having deep sinus pain after Septoplasty. He came in asked what issues I was having tilted my head back to what I assumed was going to just be an exam but he shoved a metal suction into my nose with out warning or numbing and repeated the same with my other nostril. During this time I was visibly and verbally upset and tears were running down my face and shirt. He told his assistant to give me a shot and left the room. I felt violated and unheard. I left the office sobbing and in pain. Also the tape used to hold the drip pad ripped my skin.
For uneven texture issues I would recommend a good medical grade skincare regimen, a series of chemical peels, laser treatment, and regular facials to keep the pores clear. I would highly recommend consulting a cosmetic dermatologist and/or experienced licensed esthetician. Best, Dr. Leeman
You will need more sessions of treatment. I have seen many patients that needed upwards of 12-20 treatments to get a true reduction with lasting results. These treatments should be done 6 weeks apart. Waiting a full 2 months, especially if you are seeing growth is too long between treatments. Although rare, it is possible to be resistant to treatment. Hope this helps! Dr. Leeman
It is possible that doing laser hair removal over the dark mole will change the color of it. It can lighten the mole, but will not change the size of it. Hope this helps! Best, Dr. Leeman
Hydrafacial is a fantastic treatment! It can help to hydrate the skin, cleanse the pores, exfoliate, and add moisture back into the skin. This is not a permanent solution and treatments should be done every 4-6 weeks, but provide great results. This along with good and consistent homecare routine should help. See a licensed esthetician or board certified dermatologist to see what would be best for you.
When done by someone with experience treating this area, you should not have any problems. It is very common for this area to be injected for aesthetic purposes such as facial slimming as well as medical issues such as TMJ problems. Injecting this area is perfectly safe when done by a professional. Best, Dr. Leeman
