I had Gastric Sleeve surgery in 2019 and after a massive 115 lbs weight loss I have managed to keep the weight off but never loss that lose skin. I have loose flabby skin on my inner thighs, back fat and cellulite on my posterior thighs and buttocks. I think I need a procedure that will firm and tighten my skin. I want to eliminate the loose skin and cellulite altogether and get rid of the back fat. I had a Mommy Makeover as well in 2021 (tummy tuck/breast implants) bht still left with this loose skin. Please help!!!!!

Congratulations on your impressive weight loss! I encourage you to begin by visiting with a board certified plastic surgeon near you for an evaluation and discussion of your goals. To smooth the back you can consider a bra line lift.  This will remove the excess pockets of fat and loose skin.  The scar will be a horizontal line across the back that can be hidden under your bra.  For the legs you can consider a thigh lift to remove excess skin for an improved contour.  For cellulite of the buttocks you can consider Aveli.  This is a one time treatment done in the office that addresses cellulite.  It does not require general anesthesia and there is no downtime.
