My ps has an imaging system that I can see how I look with different sizes. I like the 380 but it seems to make my nipples point downward more especially on the larger right breast. Also the side view does not have a natural slope . Are these images slightly accurate ? I'm just hoping if I go with a 350 cc silicone gel . It will not be too small for my frame. He said my ideal fill would be 375cc ...but he only works in increments of 30cc. I'm 160lbs 5"6 . Could they really turn out droopy ?

Answer: Beware of the cartoon! 3D computer imagery is just that, it is not the surgeon or the patient. I use 3 D to help assist planning for patients; however, I have already have an idea of what sizes, styles, and models will be most appropriate. Most important is a plastic surgeon that listens to your concerns, how active your life is, and has pre and postoperative pictures of women as yourself. After 4000 implants, we have the experience, specialize in implant surgery, and communicate on an industry level with Allergan, Mentor, and Sientra.

Answer: Imaging Imaging can give you an idea of the size of implants after surgery, but sometimes shape and nipple position isn't completely accurate. When deciding between two different sizes, I usually recommend that patients go with the larger size if the size difference is this close. You should have a great result based on your current appearance. You should not have an issue with droopiness (ptosis). Best wishes for your surgery!
