Sun exposure 3rd day after microneedling?

Hello, I was out in strong sun the 3rd day after microneedling with spf 30 (I forgot about the no sun rule..:(). I am fair skin and freckled. I don't have redness (I am prone to sunburn) but I do have a strange tightness on the right cheek and forehead. What are the concerns of sun after microneedling? Just sunspots hyperpigmentation? Thanks a lot!

Hello - thank you for your question and photos. Don't worry - it is normal to have severe redness, swelling and even bruising after an aggressive microneedling treatment. Under the eyes is a very sensitive area, so it is not surprising that you are experiencing some bruising there....

If I get microneedling, including over my eyebrows, will it lift the pigment from my microblading?
