Please do not recommend buccal fat removal or botox in the masseter. I have seen the results of those procedures and none of them make a difference at all, in my opinion. I am looking for something with more obvious, drastic results.

These chin fasciculations or wrinkles are classic signs of a short chin and lower lip incompetence. Unless you are prepared to do a chin augmentation procedure, preferably by a siding genioplasty, there is no permanent change you can make to them.h
Hi,Theoretically you can change the implant now. However, a surgeon must examine you and determine why your lips are not closing. This rarely due to implant size and more commonly the result of swelling or neuropraxia.Best,Dr.S.
