I had juviderm injected into my chin almost 5 months ago, Everything was fine until this morning when I woke up with the sites where the juviderm is swollen and tender. I am sick with a cold which is mostly in my throats and was prescribed a zpack, which I started last night. I have also been taking Motrin to keep my fever down. Could the infection from my throats have moved into the injection site? Or is this some reaction to having a fever?
