Yes you do have a rich donor area now, but this may not be the case later on. At 23 it is hard to determine the rate of hair loss. I would start finasteride and minoxidil for at least 2-3 years to assess the rate of hair loss. If you do go for a transplant please proceed with caution. Have an accurate estimation of the capacity of your donor area and be prepared that you will need multiple transplants. 

We do not recommend young patient before the age of 25 to perform a hair transplantation as the hair loss will go on and this means that you will need more surgeries in the upcoming years. Therefore you should start to use minoxidil and finasterid to prevent hair loss and maybe 2-3 years later you can check again and do some multiple consults with experts.

It is important before you consider a hair transplant at your age to begin addressing further hair loss with finasteride. An aggressive hair transplant without a plan to address further hair loss can be recipe for disaster.

Family history and trying to predict the extent of your hair loss is important in developing a plan to slow your hair loss and restore it to a point that will be appropriate as you age. Proceed with caution and do you research well.
