If there is a trust issue, you can ask for the surgical record and a record of the number of grafts should be there. Trust seems to be a problem but the photos don't help me help you. 

This looks like a significant reduced growth of the grafts. I would go back and see your doctor and ask why the results are not better than this

If you are having issues after surgery, especially with "pain" you should contact your doctor.  Some nerves are always affected when you are having surgery. 

It is best to ask your surgeon about post operative care as each doctor has their unique regimen.   If your doctor said "it shouldn't be a problem", you should believe your doctor.

Bending over the reach for your vacuum cleaner seem like a normal activity.  It should not dislodge your grafts.
