Yes, fat can be liposuctioned from other areas of your body and transferred into your breasts and buttocks in the same surgery. Fat Transfer to the breast and buttocks is a common two procedure surgery. You should make a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon to find out what is best with you.

Yes, you can transfer fat to the breasts and butt in the same procedure. The key for high fat survival is preparing the recipient sight (breast) properly PRIOR to the procedure. The fat survival rate we can achieve with our procedure is 85%. We use an external expander to prepare the recipient sight and achieve these results, in accordance with the latest studies.

Dear Patient: thanks for your question.  You can Transfer fat to both the Breasts and the Buttocks, however the limiting factor would be how much Fat we can harvest from areas of your body safely.  The usual recommendations would be that you should not be harvesting more than five liters of fat in one procedure.  Always go to a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon to get a combination of procedures done, they are the ones trained to do these type of procedures.  Hope this helps!

Yes, you can have these areas done at the same time. Technique is important for best results. I use gentle water-assisted harvesting to get the most viable fat to transfer and survive. Fat can be transferred safely to the breasts and buttock in the same procedure.  Ideally pressure is avoided on the grafted area for some time after transfer but a short period pressure on the grafted area during the surgery does not jeopardize the results.

The two can definitely be done at the same time, but be aware that you will need to have a great amount of excess fat transferred to achieve any noticeable difference at both areas. Fat cell survival rate differs among individuals, but on average half of transferred fat is eventually reabsorbed. I recommend an in-person evaluation with an experienced physician to make sure whether fat transfer is right procedure for your body type and specific goals. Best of luck.

The answer is yes, fat transfer to multiple places can be performed at the same time as long is the recovery and safety of the procedure is made a priority. In general, the patient has to have sufficient areas to harvest good fat and get enough purified fat for the transfer process. For this, a full evaluation by a board-certified surgeon is required. Remember, with fat transfer the survivability of the fat cells can be variable. I always tell patients that are secondary revision maybe necessary in up to 30% of patients. Otherwise the procedure is safe and effective, you'll be a very happy patient.  The other nice thing about fat augmentation is you get a nice improvement in body shape from the liposuction (harvesting) portion of the procedure. It is possible but the healing position would be quite difficult. Plus in breast fat transfer it really does not increase breast size as an implant, it only goes fullness.
