Are lidocaine patches okay to use for over active nerve pain in breast? 1 week post-op.

Just wondering if the patches and cream are ok use on my left breast (not on or over nipple). The pain has been so bad and debilitating at times. It’s only been one week ago today that I had my augmentation so they won’t clear me for ibuprofen yet.
