Best to be evaluated in person for something like this, to see how you animate, check how your teeth align, and get some actual measurements at repose and smiling. However, based on your photos you do look like a lip lift candidate. Find a plastic surgeon you like and schedule a consultation to discuss further!
You are an excellent candidate for a lip lift. A lip lift does 4 things: shortens the distance between your nose and upper lip, increases the mucosa of the upper lip, increases the incisor show and pulls up the corners.Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.
Hello. You have an orthognathic problem. Your lower jaw is too far forward and your upper jaw is too far back. The fact that your upper jaw is behind causes your lip to hang down and look long. Therefore, your only solution is lip lift surgery if you do not want to receive treatment for your teeth. I’m the only triple board-certified facial plastic surgeon all around Europe. I’m just focused on this issue. I am a doctor who goes to almost every country in the world and explains my techniques to important doctors with the seminar invitations I receive, so I am definitely the only doctor who can perform your operation very comfortably and successfully. You can get more detailed information about me, ask all questions about your case and sending your photos to my assistants at the number on my profile (+90 539 204 40 90). You can also book an online consultation and discuss your problems with me. With all respect.

The reason your smile appears forced is because you are trying to lift your upper lip so that you have some teeth show but the area of skin between your nose and upper lip is too long. This creates the thin upper lip and difficulty with tooth show when smiling. I would meet with a plastic surgeon to discuss lift lip options. Hope this helps!
You are a good candidate to have an upper lip lift. This is a very safe, simple, outpatient/office procedure performed under local anesthesia. You should get a significant improvement. Seek the advice of a facial plastic surgeon who has experience doing this type of procedure.

Hello. You cannot have V-Y lip augmentation surgery because your outer white lip is too long. Fat injection will never work either, it will make your lips look like duck lips. Therefore, you need an endo-nasal planned external lip-lift technique. I’m the only triple board-certified facial p...
A lip lift surgery with the intent to raise the lateral portion higher would give you a more even amount of pink lip exposure. In your case, the lateral needs to be raised more than the middle.
