I would like to fix my smile, I never show any teeth when I smile and if I do it looks so forced, so I would like to know what procedure should I ask about?

Hello. You have an orthognathic problem. Your lower jaw is too far forward and your upper jaw is too far back. The fact that your upper jaw is behind causes your lip to hang down and look long. Therefore, your only solution is lip lift surgery if you do not want to receive treatment for your teeth.  I’m the only triple board-certified facial plastic surgeon all around Europe. Best to be evaluated in person for something like this, to see how you animate, check how your teeth align, and get some actual measurements at repose and smiling. However, based on your photos you do look like a lip lift candidate. Find a plastic surgeon you like and schedule a consultation to discuss further!

You are an excellent candidate for a lip lift. A lip lift does 4 things: shortens the distance between your nose and upper lip, increases the mucosa of the upper lip, increases the incisor show and pulls up the corners.

I think a lip lift for you would help you get what you are looking. Veneers will only help the appearance of the teeth which isn't your concern at this time. The reason your smile appears forced is because you are trying to lift your upper lip so that you have some teeth show but the area of skin between your nose and upper lip is too long. This creates the thin upper lip and difficulty with tooth show when smiling. I would meet with a plastic surgeon to discuss lift lip options. Hope this helps!

You are a good candidate to have an upper lip lift. This is a very safe, simple, outpatient/office procedure performed under local anesthesia. You should get a significant improvement. Seek the advice of a facial plastic surgeon who has experience doing this type of procedure.
