I've been told by a surgeon that I wouldn't benefit from the usual bullhorn lip lift due to my "anatomy". I do have a very unique philtrum as it's rather round and it curves outwards instead of inwards. Am I suitable candidate for a V-Y lip surgery or do I need to address my long philtrum first? I've been considering fat transfer too, but I don't know how that would look like given that my upper lip as thin as it could get. Open to suggestions.
