Hello! I was wondering what procedures a plastic surgeon would recommend for my side profile. I am not confident in it, especially chin area, so any recommendations will be great. Thank you.

Chin augmentation can reshape the chin and jawline with either a chin implant or injectable treatments. A custom-fit chin implant can define the jawline and create a striking, natural-looking contour. The results of a chin implant can be permanent, though a silicone implant can be removed should the patient choose to do so at a later time. Augmentation with dermal fillers and collagen stimulators can add volume to the chin and produce a similar effect, with results lasting up to a year or more depending on the formulas used. You also have very beautiful lips but your chin is very small, so a medium-sized chin implant will move your profile to the point you want. A chin implant would give you better chin projection and improve the balance to your lower face. Go on a few consultations to discuss with a surgeon. In addition, you can have filler injected to see if you like the added projection. The fillers are temporary.

As a unique lady, you'd likely want something special that is exclusively made for you, and a custom chin implant is that precisely.
Off-the-shelf implants can be highly problematic for many reasons. You must understand the differences between intraoral and external incisions, for it can make the difference in months of numbness and possible Lip ptosis. (drooping or sagging of the lower lip)
Custom implants prevent shifting, and there is no wing movent as commonly occurs with off-the-shelf implants. There are too many possible issues to mention here.

You could improve your chin projection with a chin implant. This would lengthen your chin and your neck and bring your nose into more balance. At the same time you could undergo chin liposuction to remove any stubborn fat under your chin and jaw. The goal here is to enhance your natural beauty and harmonize your facial features. The photograph from the side profile demonstrates a recessive chin profile. Consider placement of a chin implant to augment the chin forward for better facial balance and proportions. In our practice, this procedure can be performed under local anesthesia an implant is placed through small incision underneath the chin which takes approximately 30 minutes. General anesthesia is not required.
