What manufacturer makes the most projected chin implant size?

One of the options, in particular when large augmentation is needed, is sliding genioplasty. It would be wise to discus that option with your surgeon or seek second opinion. Good luck.

Misplaced implants can often be repositioned and secured with small bone screws. The custom implant is probably your best option. Another choice is a sliding genioplasty which moves your natural chin forward up to 10 mm. It is usually my recommended procedure with recessive chins.

There are ways to use existing chin implants and get increased projection. We'd need photos of you, front and side, and ideally before this was put in as well.
