Had Kybella in 2017, 2 sessions. Was happy with results as skin was firm and taught now THREE years later my neck is suddenly floppy and lax. What can I do? Was done by board certified plastic surgeon. Am I a candidate for a neck lift/mini neck lift? Have read about damage that means you aren’t a candidate after Kybella as possible nerve damage? How would I know if this applies to me? Doctor who did it is suggesting neck threads, filler and if all else fails a fat transfer.
Answer: Neck lift after kybella, botched neck surgery, neck sagging/laxity; emeragecosmetics MTS roller + anteageMD; moprheus8 you have laxity this isnt from botched kybella years later this is from aging as well as kybella removing fat and now you being left with skin looseness. start at home peels and MTS rolling now( see link) if you want a dramatic change necklift/facelift, Implants and fillers will give you that. noninvasive will improve the area and facetite, threads, morpheus, and fillers can be used. start at home dermarolling to tighten you skin. With significant neck sagging you would need a neck/face lift with muscle tightening (platysmaplasty). at the same time lasers (fraxel, co2 or erbium( or microneedling RF (fractora, intensif) can be . performed to improve the crepe skin or wrinkles. You need a formal consultation, as the neck can be treated with a combination approach: 1. micro needling and lasers for texture 2. botox, disport or xeomin to help platysmal bands 3. intensif or fractora RF microneedling for crepe skin and lifting 4. fillers like belotero, restylane silk, juvederm volbella to improve lines and folds 5. neck/face lifting if sagging is prominent or early starting +/- platysmaplasty (muscle tightening) 6. J plasma/Renuvion, thermiRF, inmode facetite for internal tightening 7. ultherapy and thermage for external tightening 8. regular Venus legacy, exilis ultra, or inmode forma treatments with facials to maintain tightness 9. PDO novathreads or silhouette instalift cone threads for lifting and long-term collagen production see an expert for a full evaluation and treatment plan based on your individual situation and goals. Answer: Neck lift, possibly fat nano grafts to neck lines Based on presented condition you would benefit from neck lift. However, we have noticed that patients who have previously treatment with Kybela and other non-surgical modalities, have significantly higher incidence of postoperative scarring which may require prolonged treatment and make surgery itself more challenging. In person consultation with a plastic surgeon with expertise in neck and face lifts is recommended. Good luck.

Answer: A platysmaplasty(neck lift) under local would do so well for you. Kybella is usually worthless and painful. You would do so well with a neck lift under local . It is easy to undergo and give dramatic results.

Answer: Minimally Invasive FaceTite with Ellevate/Trampoline Platysmaplasty A consultation is important. You seem to have both aging (platysma band/sagging/skin looseness) and some lumpy irregularities. It appears (hedging without a consultation) that FaceTite to tighten the skin and smooth irregularities and a minimally invasive Ellevate/Trampoline platysmaplasty procedure (probably can be done without incisions) would likely tackle your problems.
