No improvement 8 months post lower eyelid surgery - advice?

Question

I went in for a consultation for lower eye surgery and informed the surgeon I had a previous consult in which the surgeon told me I would not be happy with my results- I would also need fat graphing. The surgeon told me he has performed 1000's of lower eyelid surgeries and I would be fine. It has been 8 months and there is no difference. I was told that it was due to me having prior surgery 15 years ago The surgeon said he was sorry and there was nothing else he could do. HELP!

You may in fact have no result but it is impossible to advise you in any meaningfully specific way without  seeing pictures of your eyes. It is very hard to identify someone from just their eye strip. Much of my practice is devoted to revisional upper and lower eyelid surgery. If you are not comfortable posting photos, there is no substitute for a personal consultation. However, if you post photos, you will get more detailed advice from the RealSelf community.
