One of my best friends is having a birthday party in a bar this evening that allows smoking inside. Should I not attend due to second hand smoke exposure? I’m 12 days out from open Rhinoplasty surgery.

Thanks for the question. It looks like you have had a reductive rhinoplasty where the dorsum and nasal length was reduced to give you a smaller nose. This in itself is fine, however there seems to be some cosmetic issues now. It would be important to see preoperative photos...
You don't appear to have a rhinophyma. Rhinophyma is usually seen in older men and can be treated surgically with great results. You may, however, have some rosacea and large pores. I would recommend that you see a dermatologist for that. Good luck!
You can certainly take down some of the nasal bridge and project the tip more to give a sloped appearance. However, it is important to keep a natural appearance and not overdo things. Be sure to see a rhinoplasty specialist for consultation.
