I have to admit, I have never seen a burn from Vi Peel since it is self neutralizing. However, your photos certainly do look like burns. The good news is that the face recovers very well and fast to superficial burns like the ones you show. Keep the areas moist with aquaphor or even Silvadene until it is all healed. Then make sure to sun protect your face!
Thanks for your question. When using chemicals there is always a risk of having a chemical burn. I would recommend contacting the office where you had your peel done so they can monitor your healing. In the meantime keep a thin layer of aquafor on the areas in question and DO NOT pick at the skin or expose it to the sun. Best wishes.
