When considering a breast lift, 360 tummy tuck/body lift, liposuction, and BBL together, several factors must be evaluated carefully:
• Total surgical time — Longer procedures significantly increase risks related to anesthesia, blood loss, and healing.
• Recovery positioning — Also to be considered is offloading the gluteus at the same time as protecting the abdominal incision, which makes it extremely difficult to find a comfortable or safe healing position. This can increase pain, slow recovery, and make the postoperative period more challenging.
• Overall recovery burden — Even without complications, the recovery from multiple major procedures done at once will be longer, more painful, and more difficult compared to staging them.

It's safe provided it can be done in a reasonable time frame (less than 6 hours) and you are in a facility with a team that can provide adequate and very close follow up care, especially the first few days.

It is not too long and dangerous to have these 3 procedures done in the same surgery. However, in State of Florida there is the rule that surgeon can not remove more than 1 liter of fat when other major procedure (breast lift in your case) is done in the same surgery? Your decision. Good luck.

Combining procedures is common and considered safe but there is a limit. It is recommended that elective plastic surgery not exceed six hours of surgical time. This is for your safety and to allow for the best results. Based on the procedures you are considering you are pushing that time frame. Breaking these procedures into two stages may make for a better recovery considering if you have a tummy tuck and BBL you won't be able to lie on your back or front.
