Breast lift with augmentation, Lipo 360 circular tummy tuck & BBL, lower bleph & rhinoplasty. Are these procedures ok at once?

Every surgeon has different standards of what surgeries they are willing to perform together. I personally do not perform breast lifts and augmentations at the same time as literature has advised us to stop this for years due to healing complications. I also do not advise 360 work at all. I perform anterior as stage 1 and posterior work as stage 2. I also do not perform BBL's at all. My limit for elective patients on the OR table is 5 hours. It is also very important that your albumin/prealbumin lab values are WNL prior to surgery. Proper nutrition will ensure proper healing. I would also recommend that you have a local surgeon available to take over care in the post op period once you are back home in the states.

If you were my family member, I would strongly suggest you rethink this option. There are quite a few red flags in just those few lines of your presentation. That is a lot of surgery to be done at one time. In my opinion, it would not be possible to do all of that SAFELY or with much attention to detail in 6-8 hours. Even with the ability to keep patients overnight after surgery, I wouldn’t recommend that many procedures to be done at one time. That is going to demand a lot of energy and nutrition from your body to heal and recovery from all of that at one time. What type of clearances did this practice ask you to do before scheduling this type of surgery? How can they do a rhinoplasty and a BBL in the same procedure without compromising the aesthetic results of at least one of those? With Liposuction 360 and a circumferential tummy tuck, how can drains reliably be removed at only 6-8 days after surgery? What precautions are they going to have you take to reduce the risk of a blood clot if you’re flying/driving back from Tijuana only a week after surgery? I think you should consider doing these different surgeries in stages. It’s not worth compromising your safety or your results just to get everything done all at once.

Thank you for the details. With your size and major weight loss it is safer to stage rather than combine all of these in one anesthesia. There is also a way to reduce position conflicts while keeping the plan efficient.

A precise recommendation needs an exam standardized photos and a formal risk assessment. Based on what you listed I would pair face with breast then stage circular tummy tuck then perform BBL alone. This sequence reduces risk and makes each result more predictable.

• Accredited facility with full anesthesia monitoring and emergency capabilities. • Two qualified surgical teams (one body, one face) working in a coordinated, time-efficient manner. • Overnight medical care, not just hotel recovery, for at least the first 24–48 hours. • Careful fluid management and infection prevention, as combined lipo + BBL + tummy procedures can increase stress on the body.
If your surgeon’s team routinely performs combination transformations safely and you’ll have full nursing care until drains are removed, that’s reassuring, but it’s still wise to confirm that both surgeons are board-certified in their respective specialties and that the hospital is internationally accredited.

Safety is always the number one priority in surgery. Combining procedures is common and considered safe but there is a limit. It is recommended that elective plastic surgery be limited to six hours of surgical time. For the procedures you listed if they are done well you will certainly go above this limit. Doing so much at once can not only impact your safety, but your results as well. I encourage you to consider splitting these up. In addition I would recommend a board certified plastic surgeon in the US for safety and to maximize results.

My most honest opinion is that this sounds like a significant amount of surgery to undergo in one setting, even with two surgical teams involved. While combination procedures are possible, surgical risk increases after approximately six hours of operative time. In longer cases, factors such as anesthesia duration, patient positioning, and surgical access for each team can limit efficiency and sometimes affect results.
If you’ve lost 100 pounds, it’s also important to confirm whether you truly do not need a muscle plication (tightening) — since after major weight loss or pregnancy, the abdominal wall often becomes stretched, and repair may be necessary to achieve optimal contour.
Above all, remember that safety comes first. Make sure your procedures are being performed by a board-certified plastic surgeon, that your surgeon—not assistants—is performing the key parts of your operation, and that your recovery plan allows for proper monitoring and rest. The most important goal is for you to return home safe and well to enjoy your results.

Your first issue is you’re leaving the USA for major surgery that could take more than eight hours most likely 10 to 12 hours that should be done in a hospital type facility. Best of virtual consult with for better understanding, but my recommendation would be to divide it up in 22 surgeries.
