Breast lift or radio frequency to lift brreasts?

Ive got low boobs ever since I was 14 im now 22 never been over weight im size 8 with 34d cup I want to move my nipples up but dont want them to make my boobs small and make my boobs more firmer but don't want surgery can exercises help or get rado active frequency to lift them

Spitting of sutures after surgery is not uncommon. Your surgeon or his nurse can easily remove these in the office. You probably should refrain from digging in your incision with foreign objects.
