Breast lift without implants and fat transfer? (Photo)

Dear doctors, Would you be so kind to advice is it posible to make breast lift without implants and without fat transfer in my specific case ? I am happy with my size 36B, just want more perkier looking breasts. Thank you!

If you do not want to have larger breast there's no reason for breast implants. You should expect a good result with a mastopexy.

Thank you for your question.You appear to have involution and volume loss more than you do sag.  I fear a breast lift alone will leave you unhappy.

To be sure, see two or more board
certified and experienced plastic surgeons in your area for a full and complete
evaluation.

A breast lift can certainly be performed, but the breast will appear smaller after the skin envelope is tightened.Try to research this to find the surgeon who consistently produces the 
results you would expect.  Look at reviews on this site and see who gets the surgery right every time.  Find
 a  board certified plastic surgeon who performs hundreds of breast lifts each year.  Then look at the plastic surgeon's   
website before and after photo galleries to get a sense of who can

You absolutely can have a breast lift without implants or fat grafting. But there is only so much change to your breast that will be possible. A breast lift alone can certainly remove some of the excess skin and improve your overall shape. But there will still not be any volume in the upper pole without adding some volume in the form of an implant or fat grafting. I personally think that you would be a bit disappointed with the end results without adding some volume, but the lift alone will help.

In your case, I would not recommend a breast lift alone unless it was done with some type of augmentation (implant/fat) procedure.  You will be unhappy with your result: scars with minimal improvement.

are certainly an option for rejuvenating breasts but I could not appreciate any extra fat in your photo your provided.  If you have not fat, your only option for increasing breast volume appreciably would be use of implants.  The BRAVA system can do some improvements but pales in comparison to what an implant can do.

You appear to have a pretty breast skin envelope but without a lot of volume.  You would be best served with a small implant.  You can "lift" the skin but the difference will be minimal.  Fat grafting would be another option if you have fat?

It is very possible to get a breast lift without implants.  If you desire implants at a later date, that could be scheduled.  Breast lifts reshape the breast, while implants add volume.  Consult with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon for an exam, and to discuss your options.
