It is very common for there still to be some wrinkles in the skin after a tummy tuck, especially with stretch marks in the closure. Give it some time as it will smooth out. It is also too early to worry about your belly button, it will change over the next couple of months. Follow up with you plastic surgeon regularly. Best of luck.
Need to post better post op photos and add a before photo too!!! But appears as a very conservative excision TT...
You are still very very early after surgery, the wrinkling that you see, most likely will flatten with time and your belly button should normalize as well. be patient and see your Dr frequently. Good Luck
This is an easy one. Yes, those wrinkles will go away. A tummy tuck can take many different forms. One common form is to make the shape of the excised skin wider out laterally towards your hip. That way, when it is closed, the skin from your hips and flanks is pulled to the middle to accentuate your shape. The end result, though, is that there is more skin on top in the middle than in the bottom. The wrinkling is a result of that phenomenon and is both perfectly normal and perfectly temporary. Keep the faith and know that the temporary wrinkling is very likely to lead you to a better result in the long term. You will have to take my word that it is most certainly worth it and is present in many, many cases.Best,Dr. Pyle
Thank you for the one photo but it is way to early to judge final results particulary without a full examination. Just be patient but communicate your concerns to your surgeon.Dr. Corbin

It is really hard to comment because your photos do not really show the true bulge. You may just have some asymmetry in the abdominal flaps and that can happen. Symmetry is really just an illusion. Nobody is really perfectly symmetric. However, you could have a fluid collection so I would see...
