What are the results of PRP facelift without fillers?

 PRP micro-needling AKA the Vampire Facial is performed by isolating a patient's own platelets and driving them into the face with thousands of channels created with a micro-needling device. Side effects include redness, bruising, swelling, scratches, allergic reactions to numbing creams and alcohol and infections.  Patients report a high satisfaction rate after one to three treatments during a six month period.
PRP injection AKA the Vampire Facelift involves injecting one's own platelets below the skin into select problem areas (the lower eyelids, between the brows, around the mouth, cheeks or forehead.  Improvement in fine lines, large pores, discolorations and skin texture should be evident within one month following one treatment. Significant volume enhancement is not to be expected from PRP treatments alone.  For patients desiring augmentation PRP combined with fillers, fat or Sculptra injections should enhance the results and longevity of these treatments.
Bruising and swelling may be more common after the injections.

PRP without fillers will stimulate collagen production but if you are looking for immediate results, they will be minimal because the PRP stimulates your own cell production that will start in approximately 3 weeks. Results will last for a few months without filler. You do not mention your age.  A subtle improvement in shape with rejuvenation in tone, texture and color may be all that is needed in a youthful patient but if you are seeking improvement of volume of a greater degree you will get a longer lasting and more dramatic result with filler added.  Otherwise it will be necessary to touchup the PRP every 3-6 months.

PRP treatments are wonderful and provide many benefits, including skin-tightening, improved tone and texture, and collegen rebuilding.  Howere PRP treatments are not the same as a "facelift."  PRP will not provide you with the volume you can expect from fillers or fat transfer.  I recommend considering a combination of PRP and fillers for the most effective result.
