A year and a half ago, I had hyaluronidase in the tear trough to correct an overfill of Restylane. This caused a cavitation below the injection site where no filler had been, along with persistent skin redness and other skin changes (texture, pore size, etc). A derm recently suggested PRP treatments as a possible solution. I'd welcome feedback on this procedure (is it injected deep into the dermis or superficially like "vampire facials"?), risks, and judgement of likely effectiveness. Thank you!
