PRP (Vampire) Facial before or after Diamond Microdermabrasion?

I have signed for Groupon Deals with 2 separate providers.One is for a PRP (vampire) facial and the other one is for a series of Diamond microdermabrasions, My question is: which procedure should I have first.

If you are having the procedure simultaneously, do the Diamond microdermabrasion first to exfoliate then microneedle and then apply the PRP. Diamond microdermabrasion after the micro needling will suck the PRP back out of the channels thereby undoing the treatment and also the microdermabrasion machine will get contaminated with blood. Never do crystal microdermabrasion with microneedling as you may drive the crystal particles into the channels and create a granulomas in the skin. If you are having the treatments separately, you should wait at least a week before having the microdermabrasion.

It won’t matter which one comes first if you wait a sufficient amount of time between the two procedures, but if you want them done at the same time I would finish the microdermabrasion series wait a week or two and then do the Vampire facelift.

Hi sarob, Studies have shown that having microneedling too frequently is not beneficial so you may want to start with microdermabrasion then 2 weeks after have the microneedling with PRP.
