Answer: When can I wear turban after a FUE transplant? I need to really consider not wearing your turbine for a while and in the future possibly getting rid of the turbine because turbines actually cause hair loss through traction alopecia. I have a talk with your hair restoration specialist about this issue.

Answer: 14 days post op You are safe to resume all activities (physical, strenuous, water based, etc) 14 days post op. Most of the little scabs will have fallen out by day 14 and you are therefore in the clear to wear your turban again. There might be some little scabs left in the recipient area. Do not pull at them. Just gently massage them in the shower and they will fall on their own.I hope this helps.

Answer: Turban after FUE You should wait until all of the crusting (scabs) are off and the recipient site has healed before going back to your turban. If I were your doctor, there would be no crusts because of an aggressive washing process we perform on our patients after surgery so it probably will be clear to use a Turban in 10 days with no crusting.
