I have a double crease or double fold under my right butt cheek. How can I get this fixed? (photos)

it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.

The area of concern is a skinfold that forms in an upright standing position as the skin on the back of the thigh is pushed into the buttocks. It goes away when you flex your hips and the skin becomes tight.

It is not related to fat or volume. It is a skin fold like your abdomen forms of skin fold when you sit.

I would recommend not attempting to treat this. It’s normal and should be left alone.
