Female, Age 27, Uneven Nostrils 12 Months After Revision Rhinoplasty. Can I Correct This Without Surgery? (photo)

Hello - I'm a 27-year-old female who went under for a revision rhino around 12 months ago to fix a drooping tip and some bumps that had become pronounced from my first rhinoplasty. When I went in this time I woke up with very uneven nostrils (I feel like it looks like I have almost a deviated septum now?) It is much more noticeable in videos rather than face-on in photos. Is there anything I can do to correct this without surgical intervention again?

Hard to tell whether you have residual dormant infection or just scarring... bacteria can remain colonized on the cartilage because of its poor blood supply and antibiotic penetration... this makes matters tricky... I would likely try to fix this in 2 stages... the first a wide debridement and...
