Why is my vagina so bumpy? (Photo)

Question

I went to the gynecologist and dermatologist and they were both dismissive saying it was normal sweat glands. But it didn't look like this a year or so ago. I think it looks gross, as do my "meat" flaps. Is there anything I can do to make it look better? When I sit, it also looks weird. The texture and shape is off. I'm only 26, and I haven't had sex.

If you use soap or intim gels to clean, daily liners or strong detergents for washing your underwear, the chemicals will effect you skin and these will increase. you should prevent any chemicals touching this area. as chemicals will change the texture of your skin.

Fordyce spots can develop on the mouth and lips as well as the genitalia and can contribute to a bumpy skin appearance. They are normal elements of skin glands and are more pronounced in some people for unknown reasons. Skin resurfacing with peels and laser can reduce or eliminate their appearance but can also lead to changes in pigmentation and scarring if the treatments are too aggressive, like any laser treatment. In some cases it’s not possible to eliminate the bumps or they can come back. 
For the labia minora, a labiaplasty can be performed to reduce the appearance and prominence of the labia. This procedure is very safe especially in the experienced hands of a surgeon who performs them regularly. Best to seek out a doctor who has experience with treating these issues. The labia surgery is ironically easier and more predictable than the fordyce spots treatments.

The bumps on your labia majora are normal. There is nothing you can do about those.
Your labia minora are dark, large, assymetric, and bumpy. This could be made to look much better with a labiaplasty. Following this procedure it would flow better with your very nice clitoral hood.
