Filler added to the labia majora is an easy in-office procedure that is associated with no downtime. Usually 2 cc of filler for each side is a good place to start, however this depends on the look you are going for. Filler eventually dissolves and will need to be injected again every 1 -2 years.
Fat grafting to the labia majora is also an option. This is considered a "minor procedure" in comparison to filler. Not all the fat transferred survives, but of the fat that does survive will be permanent.

The fat is taken from anywhere on your body using low volume liposuction techniques, purified, and injected. 15-30cc are injected on each side to produce a nice result for most women. The procedure takes less than an hour and you can travel same day, back to work next day, final results in 3 months.
