Can you get filler for vagina to increase volume?

I was wondering if there's such thing as getting filler or something to increase volume on the outside of the vagina for youthful appearance? If so what is it called ? Not even sure what to search for when looking for this procedure.

You're asking about fat injections to the labia majora. It's sometimes called labia majora puffing. We've been doing this procedure for over 20 years and it works very well. The fat is taken from anywhere on your body using low volume liposuction techniques, purified, and injected. 15-30cc are injected on each side to produce a nice result for most women. The procedure takes less than an hour and you can travel same day, back to work next day, final results in 3 months. Some of the transplanted fat will dissolve, but the procedure can be repeated with a booster session 6 months or so later. For full details, schedule a virtual consultation. Artificial fillers (hyaluronic acid, "HA", Juvederm, Restylane, etc) aren't very good for the labia majora because they dissolve completely in 6 months, and only come in tiny 1cc syringes and if you injected 30-60 syringes of this material, your labia would be hard as a rock.

Filler added to the labia majora is an easy in-office procedure that is associated with no downtime. Usually 2 cc of filler for each side is a good place to start, however this depends on the look you are going for. Filler eventually dissolves and will need to be injected again every 1 -2 years.
Fat grafting to the labia majora is also an option. This is considered a "minor procedure" in comparison to filler. Not all the fat transferred survives, but of the fat that does survive will be permanent.

There are multiple options to increase the volume of the labia majora (outside).  In particular, you are referring to the "Energized Vampire Winglift".  This is a non-surgical option whereby I place PRP (platelet rich plasma) + Hyalunronic acid (filler) + Radio frequency (Thermismooth).  The filler provides immediate plumping and acts as a road map for the PRP.  PRP has multiple growth factors, cytokines, chemokines and is given to stimulate growth of the adipocytes (fat cells) of the vulva creating more volume.  Radio frequency (Thermismooth) acts to shrink wrap the outer skin of the labia majora.  Therefore, we are treating the deflated labia majora form underneath as well as from above.
