Can a thread lift help me achieve a lifted nose tip after a revision rhinoplasty and rib graft removal from nose?

Hi I had revision rhinoplasty with a removal of a rib graft that was placed on my bridge over 2 years ago. I am looking to have my tip lifted a bit and am wondering if a pdo thread lift would be a safe option to avoid more surgery
