I’m entering my late 30s with luckily no wrinkles, but my inverted V shape in the middle of face is my concern. I have a crease (nasojugal groove/tear trough) which I’d like to fix. Would thread lift be a good idea? It feels to me less complicating than fillers and more lasting (~ 18 months).

Mini face lift or temporal face lift with a rope and this assymmetrical view will be corrected. Including that nobody is symmetrical it is a biology of our nature and one hundred percent you can not make a symmetrical face.
