Hi im 29 years old, as a kid I fell & busted my lip pretty badly. I think it also changed my nose. I tried filler to straighten it but don’t see much change. What can be done in my case for a more symmetrical look?

Hello! Thank you for your question.
As far as I can see from your photos, nose fillers can be quite harmful to the tear ducts, so we do not recommend them. Even if 100% symmetry is not possible due to facial asymmetry, it is possible to achieve a more symmetrical appearance that suits your face with rhinoplasty surgery. I recommend rhinoplasty surgery.
It would be better face to face consultation.

I don't believe myself and probably nobody within your inner circle that your nose is that badly asymmetrical, sometimes we get focused on minor anatomical issues that are absolutely natural and normal, and we magnify them.

It is true that tiny asymmetry can be improved, but at what price? Do consider the economical costs and the hassle, probably won't pay off.

Asymmetry is natural in human anatomy and you have a beautiful face.

Based on your photo, you appear to have a small indentation along the right side wall of your nose. Microdroplet Silikon-1000 nasal injections may be considered for adding permanent volume into the concavity, and for providing a straighter and less distracting nasal appearance. I hope this helps! Based on your photo, a filler should be able to improve your nose. Maybe it needs to be used a little more aggressively. If you want a more permanent result, rhinoplasty with cartilage grafting can help the nose line up straighter. Be sure to see a rhinoplasty expert for consultation.

You will need a rhinoplasty with possible septoplasty as your septum appears deviated. The rhinoplasty will be done to correct the bone as well as the cartilage of the nose. The tip can also be refined.

Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photograph, you are a great candidate for rhinoplasty. Maneuvers for your surgery would include placement of spreader grafts to help straighten your nose, tip refinement, tensioning of the tip, among other maneuvers.
