From your photos, you appear to be a great candidate for rhinoplasty. The nose could be narrowed and made smaller, while keeping a very natural result. Fillers would be a good idea to enhance your lips and cheeks. Be sure to see a rhinoplasty expert for consultation.

If you do not have severe dissatisfaction with your nasal appearance, I would not recommend pursuing rhinoplasty surgery. Additionally, you may be a bit young to lift your jowls. Permanent non-surgical lip augmentation may indeed look good. I hope this helps! Sincerely, Dr Joseph

You would benefit from a rhinoplasty to refine the tip. However, you have not provided lateral views to look at the dorsum of the nose. You may also benefit from a lip lift. A lip lift does 4 things: shortens the distance between your nose and upper lip, increases the mucosa of the upper lip, increases the incisor show and pulls up the corners.

Presented photos do not give enough information for in depth analysis. However, neck, jawline and jowls reduction and tightening would most likely benefit from lower face/neck lift or or posterior neck lift. Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photographs, you are a great candidate for rhinoplasty. Maneuvers for your surgery would include dorsal hump reduction, tip refinement, nasal tip deprojection, tip elevation, among other maneuvers. Surgical option is definitely best for your nose. Regarding the rest of your face there may be some nonsurgical options also. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.
