Would I be a good candidate for Lipo 360? Can I expect to get dramatic results or should I have more modest expectations?

You need a formal evaluation by an expert in body shaping and contouring to determine what is best. The best in body contouring not only removes fat with energy devices like VASER ultrasound but also internally heats the skin with radiofrequency devices such as Renuvion (J-Plasma), InMode BodyTite, and ThermiRF to heat the undersurface of the skin and tighten it at the same time as fat removal. These combinations are called 4D HI-DEF VASER Liposuction and can only be done by a well-trained body contouring specialist. At the same time, fat should be harvested and purified, with PRP and stem cells added, and then injected into muscles, indentations and cellulite to get body shaping and contouring. For a Brazilian butt lift (BBL), we inject the fat into the buttock for contouring and lifting, but fat can also be used in areas such as the chest/breast, arms/shoulders, calves and face. Cellulite should also be treated with a combination of QWO or Cellfina, subcision, and/or fillers such as Bellafill, Renuva synthetic fat, or Sculptra. If skin is very loose before surgery, then it will need to be removed: tummy tuck/abdominoplasty for lower abdominal skin; breast lift for excess breast skin; and/or a brachioplasty for loose arm skin.

Thank you for your question. It is best to be seen in person, but based on the photos alone, you appear to be a good candidate for liposuction. Liposuction of the abdomen, back, and flanks can accentuate your shape while looking natural. One would need to examine you in person to determine your skin elasticity so I recommend consulting with plastic surgeons in person who specialize in body contouring so they may better address your concerns and go over possible procedures to help you achieve the results you desire. There are in the end only two variables to determine what someone’s Liposuction result will look like. The first is their candidacy for the procedure and the second is the skill and experience of the surgeon doing the procedure. when it comes to high-quality Liposuction results both variables are probably equally as important.

I sometimes describe the ideal candidate for Liposuction as having the triad of being a “Young tight pudgy”. In many ways that describes you perfectly.

For that reason you certainly have the potential for an excellent outcome. It’s important patient recognize that Liposuction is only manipulating subcutaneous fat and there are other tissues like skin and skeletal structure that have a major impact on someone’s shape and contour.

Finding a talented provider is also easiest process.

Almost all plastic surgeons claim to be good at Liposuction but in reality half of plastic surgeons are below average and average Liposuction is actually fairly unimpressive.

Delivering consistent high-quality Liposuction results is more difficult than most people believe both patients and providers.

To find the most talented and experienced provider in your community I suggest scheduling multiple in person consultations with local board-certified plastic surgeons.
